I am plant based, high in fresh foods, with a starch base (Dr. John McDougall). I stay mostly on BLM land where there's a 14 day stay limit. I plan around that. Instead of the various other options I've seen to manage the liquids, I sprinkle a teaspoon of Sodium Polyacrylate (diaper pellets) to absorb moisture, it doesn't require much.
